U.S. News & World Report

If you're interested, you can read a Q&A with me in this week's U.S. News & World Report. It's interesting to do interviews. You never know what to expect. I had thought I was offering a couple of quotes in a larger story. Instead, I'm talking about French vs. American cooking schools. Not sure why they didn't get hold of Michael Ruhlman on this to ask about the American side...
